JJ OS 3.08 Slicing problem

I was wondering when i slice a stereo sample its becomes echoey and loses its sound and i read the online manual for the JJ 3.08 os and saw this


Note: SLICE doing the sample of the stereo, the sample which SLICE is done becomes MONO.

is there any way you can keep your sample stereo when you slice it.

or use 'Extract' in the Trim screen instead of slicing, but just get the JJ and be done with it

He's got JJ, but what he needs is the pay version.

so if i get the paid version i can slice and create programs in stereo without extracting manually.

well i have the free one and it doesn't chop to mono.

check again. if you're using 3.0x, it converts your stereo slices to mono.

So, without JJOS, is there a handy internal way to mix a sample you want to chop from stereo to mono to avoid this issue?

nope, just get os1, youre gonna eventually anyway.

yeah it's called 'extract'

just get JJ OS though
