EQ'ing drums

Can you EQ each pad individually or does the EQ effect apply to all the pads?

The EQ applies only to the pads that you selet in the mixer. So you can do each pad individualy or all of them at the same time. But you have only 2 FX excuding the master, so use them wisely

For the drums...use the filters.

Thanks for the reply! I know that every sound has to be treated differently, but are there any "magic" filter settings that work well with kicks and snares?
