3000 Internal zipdrive mod without losing the ext scsi

Gday Yall,

I hear that Forat can do the Internal zip drive mod so you can still have the scsi port on the back?

Is this true? and if so could someone point me to the company selling the cables? & more importantly does anyone have internal pics of a 3000 withthis mod?

can this same mod be done to a 60?

It sure can. And if you want to add reliable, fast and completely silent storage, you can put one of our Microtech PCD-25B card reader drives in the floppy slot and use two CF cards at once. These drives support multi-sector transfer mode on the Vailixi 3.5 os, as well as working with the original Akai operating systems on both the MPC3000 and MPC60 models.
