zipdrive boot up problem

i boot up my mpc2000 with my iomega zip 100 drive with a Akai MPC 2000 v1.72 bootdisc loaded on to my zipdisc and the screen shows;

it checks the scsi numbers again...and then it shows this;


zip drive settings;
Termination: On
ID: 5
MPC OS: v1.72

i even did a video...my zipdrive does 2 clicks after i put my bootup disc in...

mine is doing the same some times....I leave the machine alone and try it another day
cause the floppy doesn`t work when this problem comes up also....
man,this is an old machine-it needs some time to chill

am I happy to own a ESQ-1........

mine starts up fine with the floopy...when i start it up with the floppy and try to use my zipdrive it says scsi not ready!

and it always like this when i tjry to use my zipdrive...

Did this problem recently start? Have you tried a different zip drive? The one you have may be bad.

it happened before....i donno maybe my zipdrive is broken
