Memory Problem

i am using OS 1.02 when i load couple folders an files the memory stops an 19.4mb an if i try to load anything else it says no more memory.. and the mpc 5000 clearly says that there is 19.4mb remaining so whats really going on?????????

How many programs do you have in memory ?

why don't you try and do a master reset??? turn on the mpc while holding the erase button

Did the erase thing already when i updated the os an i only use 25 programs..
It only loads some of the sounds an stops the memory at 19.4 MB an i cant get nothign else load dont really know why because the memory says 19.4mb left i just find it a bit strange

How big is the folder you're trying to load?

Its seperate folders none bigger tha about 5mb

Have u tried to fill in the memory with built programs ( rom ) ?

Maybe there s somthing wrong with the program you r trying to load

mmcerda, Master Reset won't erase anything will it??? I'm trying to find in manual but see nothing. I wanna try this an see if it helps my prob as well.

Anybody now if it will erase anything from my HD???? Thanks so much! I'm pretty sure it won't I just want to hear from someone with experience.
