I still plan to keep the EPS---I did too many tracks on it to just drop it---but I do plan to replace its place next to my MPC with another sampler of some kind.
Do you mean the one with the purple Screen??
Why not just get the Regular one?? What type of Midi Problems
does it tend to have??
IF you Sell Your EPS 16 Can't you use those same sounds/seqs on your ASR 10??[/quote]
Yup. The first ones they came out with had sequencer bugs. As far as MIDI and my EPS, I couldn't do any "toggling" or going back and forth at will scanning a track. As soon as I'd press fast fwd and then rewind the sequencer would crash and all my mixer, output, and effect settings would go into default. It was horrible and never failed. So, to get around that, I would never use MIDI in the studio with the EPS. I never used anything else with it, so I just ran the tracks as pure audio into Cakewalk or Vegas or whatever.
I could load any of my EPS disks in an ASR-10, even an ASR-X.
Good luck.
