when i'm stretching a sample, i want to preview how it sounds with the beat.

U know what would be sweet as helll on the mp 500 add the whole adsr (attack decay release sustain) in program mode and also add idividual adsr settings on each layer on one pad for instance if u have 4 layers on one pad adsr could bet set to each individual sound that would be the ****. please akai make this happen for me i know others would also appreciate it to for those drum stackers out there so we wont have to stack in programs saving time and creating a faster work flow.

+1 for track volume, even a simple option in track params would do

* Ability to edit slider data in sequence edit (pitch, volume, filter)

* 1/64 note Time Correction in sequencer + triplets

* Recordable + MIDI controllable track mutes

* Ability to increase and decrease data in sequence edit (etc. go from 5% on step one 95% on step three, then it would automaticly create a data ramp in between)

* Ability to trigger sample from a MIDI note

* Multi Timbral Capacity (each MPC track can respond to MIDI messages on seperate MIDI channels from an outboard sequencer)

* Display of specific Track Numbers (instead of 'M') on the Track Mute screen

new idea:

everytime, I use the mute screen, I miss the now field!
You can´t see the position in the current seqeunce during muting/soloing.
It´s bad especially in live situations, when you´re going to play a break

and in general if we put our requests into a one-concise-line format, i think the better the chance is Akai will address the points. (ie: like the ongoing list)

Higher updaterate on the slider! It tends to lack when it's moved to fast.

i know this isn't o.s related but it woulda been so sweet if they made the pads smaller and added another row.

They can call it MPC-750 LOL!

smaller pads would suck imo

I also would like for the solo function to work when i go out of it, if you understand. Like with mutes.
