Ok, its obvious that im new to this. I bought my 2500 a week ago. So, IM NOT QUITE SURE HOW U CONVERT THE SEQUENCES AND SONGS U MAKE ON THE MPC TO WAV... I relized that the mpc can't do this. So i assumed u gotta connect it to a pc and record it on cubase or something? I would appreciate some help here! ... The Manual aint saying sh*t about this. :P

Thanks!

Check page 55, MPC2500Users Manual

MAIN OUT

The MPC2500 will record the same signal
with the signal from the STEREO
OUT on the rear panel.

Oh, right. Thanx.

BUT where do i record this. I mean, i dont have any recorders, so since I only got my pc, which programs should I use? Plus, arent the SEQ files read by any pc programs and converted to wav so that i could possibly skip the recording process? I guess no, huh?... :(

You should keep reading past page 55 to 56 also, cmon, lol. You didn't even try it just that quick. You would have seen your answer in the manual. lol.

SEQ is Akai only. MID is universal to sequencers. Save your sequences as MID. MID is data only.

I had no clue you were from Greece.

You could have said so, lmao.

I have been using Vegas as a DAW for years.

When you set your mpc2500 to record mainout at the end of recording it will ask you to save the WAV.
Save it the same way you save a normal sample. Then you can USB that WAV recording out to pc and play it
in whatever software you like.

Does that help?
