Is anyone having problems loading samples from mpc2500 or BlueBox created programs?

for some reason when I load a program created in either BlueBox or the MPc2500 some of the samples fail to load even though I can see them loading in the loading window. Is this a bug or what? Everytime this happens I have to load them again manually. This happen when loading complete folders.

thanks!

What MPC 2500 OS were you using when you created those files? Also, tell us exactly what you did step by step and the problems you faced. I don't own an MPC 2500 anymore but perhaps someone will come along and try to reproduce the problem you are having.

Well I was using an mpc2500 with the latest OS 1.24. i created this project which had a bunch of programs I made with blue box(program editor for PC). Now I took that same card I had for the mpc2500 and tried to load my complete folder project from the MPC5000 and even though most of the things load up fine, I get bugs such as arbitrary assignment of the same sample in consecutive pads while in reality there should be a different sample... basically it modifies the patches a bit.

The other thing that happens is, some sounds randomly do not load and they get that Question Mark ? at the end of the filename in the program window so you have to basically load that one sample manually and assign it to the pad so it actually sticks. Once you do that the sequence plays almost perfect except for a couple program settings (such as mono or poly settings) that are not there anymore.

I have a theory that it could be the fact that I have not reformatted my CF card using the mpc5000 but it's exactly the same one I had on the 2500. That could be it, but i have not tried it yet.

with the mpc2500 I would just load the hole folder and it would load everything perfectly and ready to go every time.
