Hiya,

I'm trying to finish of my beat :-) but can't scratch :-(.

Is there anywhere I can download a scratch-apella (scratching acapella?)? I just need something to paste into what I've got already.

Cheers

Tom

Have you tried just letting the "tape run" so to speak and scratching in time to the music until you either have a scratch that's acceptable or can piece somethings together? You can than take that...sample it and put it in your beat. I think it could be done in a way where it won't sound so artificial.

yeah sometimes it wont feel right if it's not your own scratching only you know the feel of the hand movement to your beat, adding somone else scratch is like being out of key it just wont sound right......sh!T i can scratch and my scratches dont sound right at times.....it's just a matter of relaxing and feeling the beat. move your hand to the beat.

other then that...no i dont know where to find a scratch thats acapella...scratches are always something in the moment inless you practice practice practice.

Atomic Dog is a classic...that beat would only be compared to it...and would fail....miserably.
