I make the beat first on the mpc.
Then record it on 3 or 4 track (hh, kick, snr, ...etc)
Then i record the sample, the basse, and other sound direct in Cubase.

I don't take everything as serious as others. I have nothing against you at all. But I do
the same as alot of other people.

I forgot to put smilies after every sentence though, so no, it aint that serious at all.

I don't have a 3k, but I usually put 2kxl/triton extreme stuff into vegas (daw), then wanna-be halfway homemade master
to cd to play in my car. :D

I almost bought an 3kle a while back in Los Angeles from a friend, he bought it when it first came out, he hardly ever used it. It was sitting in his moms house in his old room in his closet for like YEARS, it was mint, perfect, but after playing with it, I was put off by alot of features from the 2kxl that I had gotten used to. I decided not to buy it.

I'm happy with my 2kxlse2. No complaints after all these years.
