I'm looking to possibly form a production team with people. I figured if we work together we can help each other come up with better instrumentals and then, have more people pushing the finished instrumentals to artists and labels.
I'm only looking to work with serious producers who won't be happy until they've made it successfully. I only started producing a year ago but I am young and improving quickly.
I've never tried forming/joining a production team before but I see a lot of "production teams" break up in a few weeks on this forum because everyone wants to go in different directions and have different goals. To avoid this I have put down my short-term goals and some other stuff.
These are my goals:
Short Term (Next 3 years)
Get 3+ major label placements
Open a small production studio
Make more connections/network more
To Join
1) Must be willing to learn new things/help others learn..
2) Has to want to make it professionally in music.
3) Although I never say never I don't really like Dirty South production. I like East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, Some South, RnB and even some Pop production styles.
4)Will probably have to devote most of his production time to the Team, this depends though. Of course I support solo productions as well and will give time for that. If you have a vision some days you just want to do a beat on your own.
Hit me back if your interested and lets make history
