What model

Hi, after a while I decided to buy MPC, since my only experience is with turntables and torq conectiv... i have never worked on MPC or groovebox
My question is what model would you recomend me, since I am not a professional I am looking for optimum (money and what I get for that)
My music orientation is techouse, minimal techouse, minimal... so a machine that would suite the best

I was tinking at first buying roland 909 but after some time I realized the benefits of Akai products and also have heard that the sound is great

so please help

i think an mpc1000 running jjos would be best value and have the features you need.

it'll work nicely for minimal-style tracks.

are there some demo music to hear?

so in case I decide to buy this model I have few years to play with ant to learn?

I did some research for a while ofcourse, I was thinking of mpc 1000 but ofcourse that for instance 2500 would be maybe better, but money is always an issue, so to start with I think it is a very good machine and choice, youtube is really a place where u can see much
I also have a possibility of conecting groovebox with mpc wich is than a rather powerfull combination

other option was using ableton, just to see is liveact and production something for me, since till now I only played it on turntables

but if you take in consideration money-what you get for it, the kind of music I like and that I have no experience in that field, mpc 1000 is an optimum choice, and as I sad in combination with groovebox
