difference in mpc models

hey im sure theres another thread bout this but whats the difference between the mpc 1000,1000bk and 1000bk-n ?

ones blue, ones black and ones black with new pads.

My MPC1000-BK has new pads, so I'm not sure it's as clear cut as saying the BK-N is the only model with new pads.

I can pull my pads out individually, so I think that means mine are the new ones. So If I have new pads, then you're sayin I have the BK-N? But when on look on the back of the box it only says BK. Am I missing something?

You shouldnt be able to pull the pads individually, They should all move as one when you pull on one. You have the old pads if they are individual.

i have the BK, it has the new pads.

im sure it was covered in another thread, some of the later BK's made had new pads, and the BK-N's (as far as i've been told) definitily have the new pads.

if anyone has any doubt as to what the different pad sets look like, watch the pad replacment video on youtube.
