I sent this dude an email telling him to take it down asap, but buyer beware if you're bidding on this shit, if he doesn't take it down in a day I'm hitting Ebay up asap

Good luck. Once you've uploaded an image to the net anyone can copy it- there's nothing you can really do.
I'd be surprised if Ebay or the buyer even replied. Folks lift images all the time for their auctions.
You could open an Ebay account, bid up the item, then default on payment on the grounds that the item pictured is NOT the item sold- then duke it out in the feedback section.

not true, I sent a message to Ebay and they made him take the auction down

stand up for your rights as an artist, whether it's your music or photos or whatever the ****, if I saw this dude I'd punch him in his throat..straight up

they had to make him take it down because there was no disclaimer on the pics
if would have said that 'these not pictures of the actual unit' he would have been ok
using stock/internet photos are not illegal in online auctions
but since there was no way to determine of they were actual pics
the auction had to cease
you were right for doing what you did tho

Why are you so upset? Because he pictures of your mpc for his auction? I don't see what the fuss is over. And I seriously doubt you would punch him in the throat for using a pic on ebay. If you would you must be very ignorant/immature. I mean seriously. Someone's been playing too many video games.

imagine copin an mpc on ebay bein souped cuz it looked crazy fresh on the auction then you get it home its a piece of sheet.

thats f'd up staright up n down. false advertising.

the fact he was usin detail's picture to try to f over some random buyer made detail take it personal. i would too.
