Build Quality Of Pad Fix?

how much glue are you putting inside the pads, and how are you making sure the pads have a consistent amount?

a little fingernail amount, and i'm eyeballing it. then i went back and shored up any sides i needed to using a slice of credit card plastic. it's even enough and no difference is noted in consistency pad to pad. this is very very soft stuff we're talking about.
