i want to join in, but you would have to take my word that im starting a brand new flip on the sample - and that its not one that i spent a lot of time on previuos.

if thats cool then im in.

also, anyone know the sample source? ill post details tomorrow if no-one knows it.

I think if it's a real battle, the person putting up the sample should just sit the battle out, cause they could very well been working with the sample for ages trying to perfect it... giving an unfair advantage to themselves.

On the other hand this isn't really a formal battle, and the OP just seems to want some all in...right now...lets get this poppin' NOW type of thing goin.

ok cool, im definitly happy for my entry to be 'just for fun' probably wont be able to post it till tomorrow though as am working over the weekend from home and deadline is sunday night/early monday morning - will have to juggle time between working on the 2.

It should be in Off-Topic. It's a cool little sample, and I don't see why after he said "i'll kill all of you." That there wouldn't be more people wanting to try and hand him his @$$.

I did a little 10 minute joint this afternoon but I have been too lazy to track it out....Its probably too "club'ie" for the crate diggers forum anyway, haha!!!!

If it's anything like Hungarian folk funk psych music that they played in eastern European hippie clubs between 1968 and 1974, I'm sure the people here can get down. Especially, if it sounds like a classic ultra rare 45 that was put out by a struggling independent company that only released that 45 and a promotional sticker with a Hungarian Hound Smoking a Joint on it.

Either that or some bullsht they found on youtube that was made by some unknown dude and they want to know the sample of it, so they can hopefully blow up using the sample before he does.

I see your foolishness has spread into the crate diggers forum as well, haha....I finally got off the lazy horse and threw it in pro tools but have done nothing else with it....right now its just a siting 8 bars....I'll probably add some keys or something tomorrow (or later today I should say) and then throw it up here!!!!
