Best Deal On A 2500?

What is the best deal that you have seen or when you purchased your 2500?
Im asking because Im looking into buying a 1000 or 2500...
My heart is really going for the 2500 cuz thats just wat I been wanting.

So wats the best price you have seen one go for and where???

nah, if you got a computer its no big deal not to have it.

make sure you get the hard drive and the ram though.

i paid $1000 for a 2mo old with warranty 2500... deals are definitely out there

Im gonna use the RAM thats in my 500 but I also gotta look into the HD...

ehh i would say the cd player is very very handy. i use it a lot. i've enjoyed sampling from cds more so than vinyl some days. word.

But damn $200 to $150 is alot for a CD drive.

there was a thread awhile back that gave the model number for the drive and you can find it on Ebay for like $40. Its a Teac brand drive if i remember correctly. When i had my 2500 i rarely used the CD drive. Its alot easier to rip the CD on your comp and chop using soundforge or whatever, then transfer it to the flash drive via USB.

that doesn't sound easier at all! its a cd, in the mp, goes straight into it. whatever tho, i know exp will get the cd drive some day anyway.. they always do BWAHAH
