data entry wheel problem

the data entry wheel on my 3000 has gone super loose almost joy stick style. anybody had a similar problem? how can i fix this? it probably involves opening up the machine so in that case can anybody give me some detailed description on how to do this? the sites i have seen that reffer to this are to vague for me. like when they say 'remove the 10 or so screws on the back'... there's like 20 screws there. i've tried doin it once and my ventilator almost dropped. thanks!

Drumat!c Fixed his 60 Data Wheel when it had a similar Problem, maybe he can tell you if he drops by.

Ayo jakob iller, its actually the five screws on the top of the rear panel and five screws on the bottom. I open every machine I every bought......
