mpc1000 - pro tools - sync no sound problem

Hey...

I am currently using:
MPC1000
PRO TOOLS M-POWERED 7.4
AUDIOPHILE 192

My mixers main outs goto my auidophile 192. And my audiophile 192 main outs go to my monitors.

I have the audiophile 192 midi out into the mpc1000 midi in.

The MPC1000 is set to sync in for the correct midi.

The settings for pro tools are set correctly considering alls you have to do is Setup-Midi-Midi Beat Clock and enable it.....


And now for my question or whatever you want to call it.

Whenever I create a new session and a track... no sound comes out when I press play on pro tools, but yet the mpc1000 plays and I see sound on my mixer.... but no sound on the monitors and then whenever i press stop it plays like 1 sec of my beat.... but Whenever I press RECORD and PLAY on pro tools sound comes out and it records just fine? I do not understand? how can i make it where whenever i just push play it plays on my monitors.. i dont see why it isnt doing this in the first place.

HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

no one have any suggestions or feedback? i still cant seem to figure out whats wrong... i mean i work around it but it would be nice to get it working perfectly.

Go to Track, at the top of the screen.... click, INPUT MONITOR ONLY, i think thats the option, or Change the AUTO INPUT MONITOR its something like that

It seems like you wanna hear whats playing while you are just hitting play, but you have that particular track in Record Enabled already
