Giving up bass programs is just like giving up your drums to some people so I could understand half the time the sounds people give out are crap anyways.

im not even talking about give. im talkin about swap and or saying how some people got the bass on there 60. im sick of my s950 bass and everything ive tried sampling into the 60 sinewave/ 808 kicks are always not punchy enough as before they go in. I just think the 60 heads should look out for each other. i ditched my 2500 so thank god i dont have to deal with that section of the forum anymore :)

If you have crappy bass sounds, who would want to trade with you? Just because you own a 60 doesnt mean you get a free pass.

FILTER THAT JOINT SONNN! I USED TO THINK IT WAS BULLSH!T BUT IT REALLY WORKS!

How do you 60 heads go about filtering? I know the 60 does not have any filters.

Man, you serious? You're saying that your 950 sucks and you expect your 60 to do the work? Get real on this! If you can't master your 950 with the filter on it, how would you expect to work with the 60?

Anyway, if you want some punch on the bass tip, go cop a valve compressor. Simple and will do the trick as much as you want. And if you're looking for MORE bass, go cop and a sub harmonic synthesizer module to double that shit!

Ik always just fix it with some eq-ing trough the mixer.
Just sample a bassnote and cut out the highs, boost the lows.
Just keep it simple.

how would you even put a mpc 60 pgm online? Don't you need like, windows 95, a low density disk drive, and some obscure program to even get mpc60 files to and from a computer? I think the main reason you can't find any/no one will help is cause it's not very practical to trade them online. It's not like a newer mpc that just plugs in through USB.
