no sound from pads

Hope someone can help.
Just recently moved studios, so mpc been off for a while.
Problem is that I can load samples and hear them when i want to load them up but no sound comes from the pads which they are assigned to.

Please help

well im not expert maybe try reload the firmware?
hopefully u get it fixed i hate when something wrong and u cant figure it out...

Maybe first off, check to see if you have local switch on or off in the midi menu.
I wouldn't expect it to turn off by itself, but checking this first would be quicker than a re-install of the OS.
If it's on and you can't hear anything, then mCh has the right idea.

I've got the same problem on the 2000xl,are you trying to replace the sensor pad?
