yea im on the list for the pad upgrade with the black pads. but you all know how that goes. luckily my pads work perfectly

I was just going to go basic with my 1k, i don't even like custom mpc's usually but i have an extra case. I'll be done soon, except of the lettering, i have two things i'm going to try, hopefully one works. If not, whatever, i had an extra case anyway. @ lunaticbastard - those wooden endcaps ^ are sooooo good. they look a little wider than the plastic guys that come stock. are they?

there's some good stuff there, talontsiawd - i may be alone in this, but i really like the look of the stripped out grey. like, when the faceplate's removed. all grey all the time would rock me.

for a guy that doesn't seem to enjoy customizing, loox like you do a pretty good job!

the wood ends are alot wider than the stock ones. gives it a little more girth.

i could do them in gloss black. i could also do them taller in the back so they hold the mpc more at an angle.

Wish I knew Alex was gonna come out with different color screens before I ordered the blue. But I still love how mine came out.
All I need now is the wood sides and the black pads.

A red screen would look sick with red LEDs.

I like what poundaproblem did with his knobs and data wheel. The flat black looks good.

Here is mine as of a few hours ago. I wished i stopped here but got alittle crazier since. I really like it like this, i'm hopefully going to have a way to do the letters by next weekend. 8 of my pads are messed up so i don't care when i finish lol.
