How to erase internal memory on the MPC2500?

I did not want to buy the memory but I had an old 128 stick but will only read 64mb which is fine.

I will give me over 5mins in stereo which is perfect. But how just for the fact it should be free can you delete the extra memory be used for no reason.

I searched 33 pages nad the net some say you can but never said how to?

Only thing I can think of is over writing the files there

Dam I do not see how I am missing this to erase it from the internal memory?

I would have to load the sounds then erase them but it will still be in the internal memory the next time I turn the machine on.

Hmm I did it but not like I was brain storming but it worked

I just over wrote the sounds by loading a Hihat and that did it...

Just was bothering me that was all

I was wondering about the internal sounds built into to the MPC also I missed the part in the manual that 5 mb was being used by the OS
