cannot save samples says 'creat error!!' Please help asap!?

Hey, i was on my MPC today and after recording some samples i cannot savethem, i never normally have a problem doing this. it just says 'Create Error!!' .
There is plenty of space on my card to save these. Can someone help pleassse as im pulling my hair out over here!

I formatted the card, and seems to be ok now, very strange, dont know why it started doing it!?
