as a song, or as a sequence?

also

just say i created a drum pattern with 5 bars, then i wanted to make a chopped up sample have 6 bars, is this possible using a seqence?

but you gotta have sequences before you have a song.

A song is multiple sequences put together so I will let you answer that. As far as the other questions or just to be safe almost every question you have lined up, please take a minute to read the manual. You will save yourself much frustration.
