How to record track mute events and then play 'em back...

What's up,

I've updated my mpc's (1000) OS to the v2,12. The record track mute events option is confusing... cause I can record the muting and the events appear on step edit mode but on the playback I can't hear what I recorded.

Help please,

If you update to v2.20 you can see a [rec event] on the track mute page with on/off option.

I've been searching the forum. where do I get the v2.20?

Pretty sure he's referring to JJ, not the Akai OS. The Akai OS only goes up to 2.12...
