When I first got my MPC I was stuck on all the buttons and everything. I was asking all my producer friends if they knew how to use the MPC because I wanted them to teach me. Of course no one knew so I had to just dive into it. I can almost assure you that you will have the basics down in one night if you just sit up with your manual. Man effekt wasn't lying when said the book is your best friend. Mine is sitting right next to me as I type. Good luck.
yeah i use to look at my mpc and be like, im afraid to use you, i know youll cause me frustration, ik now your your gunna make me sweat and cuss you out, but once u get past that part and start reading the book and finding shit out yo its awesome you might even have a phat beat by the end of the night

You guys are all right. A little tough love is what I hear. I will just keep at it.I know my way around it somewhat. I was talking about techniques more the technical aspect. I will use all you guys advice and just keep making beats and learning thru trial and error. Much respect.
