Transferring a finished song

What's up everyone? I just got my MPC 500 two days ago. I feel very comfortable with it, and even feel like my first beat is ready to go (just need to tweak the drums they sound a little off). It's not spectacular cause the sample I used was only aight, but I wanna keep it for sentimental value. When I finish the track in song mode, what are some mehtods of exporting it to my computer?

record main out to a big enough cf card.

transfer new wav file to computer via usb.

Play wav in almost any media player.

Stop getting automatically offended when you see gold letters!

When I run cables out from the MPC can I plug it into an Audio Interface (M Audio Mobile Pre)?

The USB isn't making much sense to me...

mpc500 usb usage is spelled out in your manual. Learn it.

If you have the gear go ahead and experiment.

Ask yourself what is the M-Audio interface for and what are the mpc outs for?
