I read the sticky and saw that I needed "PC133 144 PIN CL3 SODIMM". So that is what I found.

Now, the part that I'm not sure about is should I only get 128MB RAM or 256MB RAM? Like I read where it only reads half of what you've got installed, but I just don't want to get 256MB's and have it like malfunction or some crazy shit. And I don't know if the rule, "it only reads half" only applies to the 1000 or all MPC's? The 128 and 256 cost relatively the same amount, so if the 256MB works ok with the 500, I'll just get it in case I get a bigger MPC or something.

Thanks!

You need the 256 if you get 128 im pretty sure it will read 64

Two much cheaper alternatives I got mine from geek.com before I knew about the ebay guy.
But if your not down with ebay geek was very fast for me and the card works perfectly.
