WHAT SOUND EDITING SOFTWARE DO U CAYS USE ON THE MAC?

U CANT GET SOUNDFORGE ..WHICH IS A SHAME SO I WAS WONDERIN' IF ANY OF U GUYS CUD LEMME KNOW ON THE NEXT BEST THING FOR EDITING SAMPLES B4 LOADING 'EM IN2 THE MPC1000

How about using the audio editing tools supplied with Logic?

I also hear Audacity (free download) is good, did't work for me when I tried it.

if you got logic, then you got soundtrack pro. that's my go-to audio editor right there.

I've used DSP Quattro and Peak, I prefer Soundtrack Pro over both of them.

peak is the sound forge for mac I have both.

you won't find any editor that match soundforge workflow...even in my opinion it's the best out there
BIAS peak it's good as soon as you memo the basic keys shortcut combo.

I did the 100 days trial for snapper a few months back and it was a good concept but rather buggy.. maybe it's time to give it a try again...

i use a bootleged version of bias peak 5. Alot more refined than audacity which imo is clumsy as hell...

i have logic 7.0 but i use audacity to trim sample to import them into the mpc
