DONT SELL IT!!!!...

it takes practice fam .. and im not tryin to be funny .. but you gotta play with it ..
just give it some time ... the MPC series machines take time to learn and master.

and as far as crazy drums .. practice, practice, practice .. you WILL get better
just dont give up and keep a positive attitude .. work on your listening skills ..
sometimes we hear what we wanna hear .. and not what we need to be listening to
in the music ..

in short .. practice .. perfect your listening skills .. and youll advance ..
no one got in the game straight bangin, regardless what they tell you ..
except me lol J/K

dawg when i got the mpc i thought the same thing, the exact same thing was happenin to me. just make sure you play things on time. when i first started, when i played it it would sound in time but when i went back to listen it was off. also if that dont work make sure you hit open window on time correct and turn the swing down to 50 and make sure its not sifted earlier or later at all.

The only thing I hear that's missing is your hi hat. If you have the rest of the drums playing in straight 1/16, throw a simple hi hat on every other beat using 1/16 triplets.

dawg i doubt its the quantize thing. ur probly just playin it off, u could easily create sinister keys hands in the air joint with quantize on, i mean obviously you wont get the same exact pattern becuz his was dont with no quantize but his joint sounds right on time so the quantize would make that exact pattern (minus his human drumming which may be off time by 1 or 2 clicks but not noticable to the average person)
