hi, i wonder if it´s possible to send a simult pad via midi. or do you know a way to trigger 2 notes with 1 pad via midi?

hmm good question, i'm not sure if i know the answer.

however, i imagine that it works - try simulting a pad to another and triggering it via external midi. i am willing to bet that it will simult.

It doesn't, or at least didn't last time I tried, which was fairly recently. Only the midi note of the 'master' pad gets sent. I'm pretty sure there's no other way to do it either.

ohhh yeah i misunderstood
i thought you meant incoming midi could trigger a pad that had other pads simulted to it. i had it backwards.

you could use midi fx in daw to create simult midi notes, i imagine

i think in reason isn´t something like midi fx ,i haven´t found a way yet to trigger 2 redrum-channels with 1 midi note. (to mix 2 bassdrumsounds for example)
