Easy

Hi, I have always used the Mpc2000Xl to create tunes in full, however I am now using Cubase so I can mix each sound, Which is the easiest way of creating a whole track and then breaking it down by sounds so I can send it out track by track to Cubase for individual mixing?

plug the mpc outs into the in's of your computer audio interface and record. easy as that.

I make sure I put the same sounds on the same track of each sequence:

- track 1 : mains
- track 2 : hihats
- track 3 : snares
- track 4 : kicks
- track 5 : bass

etc etc...

Makes it easy to record each track separately. You can just solo track 1 for instance and just record your mains...
