mpc 2000 syncing

I been messing around with this all day looked in the manuel and everything still cant find out how to do this. I am trying to sync my mpc 2000(classic) with acid music studio 7 so i can record my sequences into acid. I have a midi sport uno that i am using to connect to my computer does anyone know how to do this

set tempo in acid to same as mpc.

;midi out computer to midi in mpc a

go to midi page in mpc, and turn wheel right one click on A

then press record on acid

preciate that Grublet but it still doesnt work. Im still messing around with it trying different things if anybody else got any suggestions holla at me
