Goin to FORAT tomorrow

Well, I just got off the horn with forat, I am going to upgrade to a 3000, from my 60. All this for 246$. More sampling time, and the pads have a cut off(THANK GOD). What do you all think>?

KYbeats, ya, thats it , the mono thing, I hate it when I hit the pad twice and the beat doesnt cut off it keeps goin. So, this may sound liek a dumb question, but Will I notice it being better for me?

elmacaco, ya, its the OS upgrade., So are you in favor of me doin this? I figure why not? its a small price to pay for such a cool upgrade. Also, homeboy told me that instead of having 5 seconds of sampling time per pad, I will have the full time, I believe its around 26 seconds. And, I can get 3000 disks.

So, I have an appoitment at noon, thing takes liek a half hour.

Please explain why forat charges $246 when the person what made the OS charges $195?

I've noticed the FORAT is a bit "pricey". Especially for their Zip drive conversions.
