i got a question concerning tracks & sequences.

Is it possible to copy a track from a sequence into a totally different sequence?

EXAMPLE: Moving 01-Track from 01-Sequence to 02-Sequence/01-Track.

I know I could just... "Copy Sequence-01 to Sequence-02" and it will have the same 01-Track.

I'm asking "Is there another way of doing this without having to copy the sequence?"

I'm only curious about this because I haven't seen the option come up on my screen.
