note repeat ???

i have a mpc 1000 and i had a quick question, i know u can hold in the note repeat /tap tempo button for the note repeat, but is there a way i can turn a particular pad on note repeat with havin to hold in the button ?

SHIFT + Note Repeat. I don't use MPC1000s nor any models using that JJ OS stuff, so not sure if it's the same with that. Try it.
