iam so dummi now i use an atari with midex n cubase 3.0 instead of the mpc sequencer but its hard to select the numbers of notes couse the atari only shows musically notes not the numbers so i want 2 know witch number of the sample (pad) is wich note (key) without using a keyboard......

maybe try making a blank pgm. and 'auto chrom' it with no sound. now apply your new sounds to the pads that way. so its will go in the right order of notes up the chromatic scale. so u can put a kick on c1. and now its there from the atari.
