I went to a blues fest in Granville a few weekends ago. Tenor and baritone Sax, trumpet, drums, guitar, bass.

harps... samples that already have the reverb effects or delay in them
im a 60 head so i dont have efx other than a few tricks i have to do them myself
anything
really back in the day i would sample crackles and static... still do from time to time and layer my drums with it very crunchy crispy sounding
also i am a sucker for shakers and bells!
