I want to upgrade my MPC60 with an internal cardreader. I know that I need the SCSI-upgrade.

Is there a certain cardreader I have to use?
Are there any problems to think about?
What else is important? People out there with any experience, please help me out.

I haven't heard any real problems as long as they are a Spyrus drive or Microtech's and a few others will work.

Thanks for the referral, 714Beats. Just to clarify, we have the MCDISK internal drive that works great in the MPC60 (once you have the Marion Systems SCSI interface installed). You can see a picture of it in my sig below.

Ok, so I have a MPC60 II, I don't use it becase I can't be bothered with floppys. How do I work out what I need to install a CF Card reader. Do I need to do any soldering or can I just get a cable and a card reader, open up the MPC and plug it all in ?

Thanks in advance

Toe, first you must have the $300 Marion Systems SCSI interface installed. Or make that $445 if you don't have the 3.10 os version. If you have those items, contact me directly and I can hook you up.
