Good Lookin out! Also when I do put the black casing on, I am going to take a look at the Data Wheel, I know that there has to be a better dial like the one on the 2000xl somewhere that would fit the 2500, If I had a nice solid data wheel on my 2500 I would be set. I can't abuse the wheel on the 2500 the way that I did on my 2000xl.

No can do, I would have to keep it for OEM purposes, That would be almost like selling the whole machine itself, It Would definately take away the value. But If I ever did decide to sell it you would be the first one to know.

i think it'd be tight to frame the le case. don't want to spend money on it but it would look dope. specially if you blew up :idea:

but yeah can't sell mine either. the white paint actually chipped a bit at the back screw areas anyway. so less value.

How can I avoid the chips, Also how do you think it would look if I had the black housing Clear-Coated! Just a thought, Because I am definately diggin' yours as is!

Hey do you guys know where I can buy the LED's for the MPC 2500? I want to change the red LED's to green.

needlewerks.com or something. google it. they sell leds. BUT i heard the ones they sell are brighter than the average mpc lights. so find out the luminosity of the mpc leds and try to match that. i'm pretty sure its easy to find out and find the matches on the internet somewhere.

also i wouldnt worry about clearcoating the black case. it's not that much different. and as far as the chips go... i dunno how avoidable they are. the paint must be thinnest back there. cuz every screw on the back when i unscrewed it, it chipped the paint off a bit. it's seriously not that big of a deal but it def happened.

Sorry, but that's BS. The 2500 jog is much more solid then the tiny 2000XL pot (which is one of the components notorious to fail after a while by the way).

You are out of your mind. Any 2000xl that i ever messed with, the data wheel felt way better/smoother than the 2500 and that includes some that had MAJOR USE on them.

"Feeling better" has nothing to do with "being more solid".
