Logic Express 8?

I just installed logic express 8 and i plugged my mpc500 straight into my computer with the Maudio Uno usb interface. how do i sync my mpc 500 with logic or do i need a mixer?

U dont' need a mixer just as long as your interface has midi & audio ins/outs your good.
