As i told everyone i am getting a turntable finally.
From what I understand the best to get is either a Stanton STR8150 (curved tone arm) or Stanton STR8150 (straight tone arm). Or obviously there is Technics SL1200MK2 / MK5 (probably the most I'd be willing to pay for out of the technics range it gets alittle expensive after this model - whats the difference between getting this model and say the top technics model -Technics SL1210M5G- which is a little more expensive).
Anyway, I was wondering If you think the Stanton model is a great choice, and the difference between getting a stanton and a technics. The technics seem to have less features but be more expensive, so im thinking the stanton is the best choice for me. Also whats the difference between getting a straight arm or a bent or curved arm, not sure which i need for my purposes.
