You don't need him, you can handle it on your own. Just KNOW that timestretching on the 2kxl will take FOREVER depending on how big your sample is.
Your better off doing it on computer and then bringing it back to mpc, just letting you know before you pull your hair out.

In bpm there is "source" tempo and "new" tempo am i suppose to change "source" tempo to the original tempo of the current beat and change "new" tempo as many times until there is no gap in the beat?

what program do u recomend for doing it on the pc? I have sony acid but dont know how to change tempo on it, or even calculate the tempo of a sample. any other programs?

ive never even used the percentage thing, too confusing for me. ive always used the bpm match but i still call that timestretching. the % thing is confusing cuz you dont know how fast or slow your ganna slow it or speed it up. and why use percent cuz u have to look at the calculator thing which tells you the same thing beat match tells u right?
