I figue I'd through this out there and see if anyone has any info or Idea how I can get my lost data (sounds) from a damaged Jaz disc(Won't read)?

I tried MPC Editor but they want to reformat.......

I grabbed a blank jaz disc and the damaged one and rubbed them together but that didn't work.
I also put the damaged one on top of a new blank one hoping the data would fall into the new one......No Luck there........

Seriously though, all my late summer beats and PRGMs are gone!!! Just hoping someone had an idea for a solution.

Thanx for the look.
Peace

if the disk is recognized by your pc you can recover data from it. if your pc wont even recognize the disk as being already formated you are most likely screwed.

Yup. My computer won't even recongize it. I don't even get Disk Read Error...It just gets stuck on wait......Oh Hell.....Thanx for the help guys... I have had my Mpc since 2001 and never really had problems with zips, or Jaz discs up until now...I guess I should consider myself lucky....
