What is this game sample?

I heard this song today and I was wondering what game it is from. It sounds like tetris and it also sounds like final fantasy's crystal theme. Could someone tell me what it is?

Yeah, it's definitely from a video game. There were 2 or 3 records that came out at one point with all these classic video game sounds in 8 bit and 12 bit. I can't remember who was responsible for that release but DJ Rob has a couple with cartoon theme songs & sh*t as well as some other similar releases.
