2000XL...WAV Problems

Hey I just exchange my 2k for a 2kXL...On the 2K, It was easy to load WAV files and now im trying on the XL but it reads wrong .wav file format. Why is that, isnt it the same exact same way? Thnx I'd appreciate some help

its gota be 16 bit at 44000........i think?

Yea I know man, it is the right format and for every single wav sound, it reads Wromg .WAV file format for every wav I try and load but these are the exact same wavs that loaded without a problem on my 2K and on the XL thery dont work

Anyone have any info, I hinestly have no idea whats wrong, shouldnt they work on the xl if they worked on the 2k classic

Damn man this isnt working. I dunno whats wrong. I tried saving it again on 44/16 format lampddog but its still now not working

this happens to me sometimes too. its really wierd. Never had this problem before with any other files or mpc's/ samplers.. Ide do like lamp said and change the file format your self. It could have to do with how you listen to save or store your files on your computer.

I was having this problem,then I resaved my wav files in Audacity and it fixed it.

Sometimes I have the same problems but it tells me the wav isn't in PCM Wav Format. Also how do you get the loop points off os samples in the 2000xl to it doesn't repeat itself automatically?
