copy bar 1-2 to 3-4

within a sequence I want to copy bars 1-2(3) to 3-4....I can't seem to find it......I should say within a track....I don't want to copy the whole sequence to itself, just a certain track

use the "copy to" function in seq edit.
press seq edit > copy [F3] > copy to [F3]

In the Copy & Paste Data window that appears:
Select the range (001.01.000 - 003.01.000)
Select the pads you want to copy

Set the paste point to 003.01.000

voila.
