Resampling volume

When i resample my song to convert to .wav file the volume of the song really decreases. Is there a way to avoid this? I have to turn the speakers up half way to hear it at all.

Set the Master Volume in the Other screen from -something to 0dB.

No, that doesn't do anything when you Resample.

resample as in internally. yeah, i don't know shit about that. my bad....

I have it set to 0 dB, should i go above that or is there another option?

Check the volume for the pad you have assigned your new sample to. It's in the mixer screen.

Yeah those i keep all the way up. Is it just the way the mpc converts to .wav file and decreases the volume a little in return?

Have you tried increasing the Master Volume to +6db? Does it distort when you do this?

I havent tried. So i can basically increase the db to what i need until it starts distorting?

That depends on your mix, it will be different in each individual case. You won't know until you try...

How about going into trim mode and normalize the resample...Worth a try....Bare in mind it may take while being it's the size of a song.

How would you normalize in the trim mode?
